For this year’s Chinese New Year celebrations, the Conrad Centennial Singapore ’s Golden Peony restaurant promises no less than the apogee of Chinese cuisine: contemporary Cantonese dishes and inventive dim sum creations prepared by the finest Hong Kong chefs.
