I wonder why we cannot take pictures of girls in public when it does not related to private or privacy matters? That guy who had been caught in this video, according to what I saw, did not prove anything for privacy intrusion. If I was him, I would hammer that guy who was pulling up the collar and shouting vulgar language first before the law meet up.
